We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team in Koregaon Park, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for brands, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital and print requirements while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging graphics, social media creatives, banners, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- Design layouts, visual concepts, logos, brand assets, and promotional materials based on project requirements.
- Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling and effective visual designs.
- Work closely with the creative, content, marketing,



and other internal teams to execute design projects.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain consistency across different digital and offline brand touchpoints.
- Prepare final artwork and design files according to digital, web, and print specifications.
- Review designs and make improvements based on internal and client feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and emerging design tools.

Requirements -

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design or Creative Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and other design projects.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into impactful visual designs.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in branding, advertising, digital marketing, or social media design will be an added advantage.
