Role Description The Creative Design Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. In this role, the specialist develops visual concepts and designs for digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website creatives, packaging layouts, and marketing collateral that reflect The Good Period’s brand identity.

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives and ensure brand consistency across all channels.



The specialist also participates in brainstorming sessions, prepares design mockups, refines feedback-driven iterations, and maintains an organized library of design assets. Regular responsibilities include staying updated on design trends, optimizing creatives for performance, and supporting special projects such as product launches, events, and educational campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience creating digital and social media creatives, website assets, and basic motion/animation is preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across multiple platforms and formats.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
