- Daily Monitoring of reported customer complaint.
- Ensuring response to customer in time & complaint closer monitoring as per CC Procedure.
- Monitoring of customer rating and Analysis and Follow up for improvement.
- Monitoring of Customer Complaint PPM And Follow up for Improvement
- Conducting Internal audit as per IATF 16949 for ensuring system compliance & Internal audit closure Updating
- Monitoring Monthly KPI as per IATF or ISO Requirements and ensure action in case of lapses.
- Conducting audit for 20 Basis guidelines and Ensuring 95% Compliance,
- Conducting audit for 47 Best Practice and ensuring 95% Compliance.
- Planning Conducting customer-based audit self-assessment.
- Conducting customer oriented audit

- Internal Audit as per plan for IATF & ISO and closure action plan updating
- Weekly review an sharing Quality tracker Compliance and Pending Points
- External audit 0 Non conformity.
