Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with visa applicants visiting the VFS office and understand their travel requirements.

Pitch and recommend suitable travel insurance products.

Generate leads from walk-in customers and maintain prospect/customer data.

Convert customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.

Conduct effective sales conversations and achieve assigned sales targets.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product guidance. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate policy information

. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support

.



Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively follow up on potential customers. Candidate Requirements

Graduate candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills.

1 year+ sales experience preferred.

Sales background preferred; freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and soft-speaking skills.

Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.

Positive attitude, qualified grooming and customer-focused approach.

Comfortable working in a professional/international environment

. Language Requirements -English & hindi with regional language preffered
