Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and features.
- Handle counter sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain jewellery displays and showroom presentation.
- Support stock handling, inventory verification, and basic store operations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the showroom team.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, counter sales,



or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in jewellery sales can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred; Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be presentable, confident, and willing to work in a showroom workplace.
