We are looking for Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives with experience in jewellery retail sales to join our Ulhasnagar showroom:

The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing gold and diamond jewellery, closing sales, negotiation, billing, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable gold and diamond jewellery based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, purity, certification, pricing, making charges, and other relevant details.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and keep updated on new launches and jewellery trends.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle sales negotiations and effectively close sales.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive showroom experience.
- Manage accurate billing and invoicing.
- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.




- Coordinate with inventory/stock teams for product availability and replenishment.
- Follow all company policies relating to security, jewellery handling, cash handling, and showroom operations.

Candidate Requirements:-

Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate

Experience: Sales Executive: 1–7 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

Senior Sales Executive: 1–7 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail sales, with strong sales-closing and negotiation skills.

Preferred Industry: Gold & Diamond Jewellery / Luxury Retail

Language Proficiency: English, Hindi & Marathi

Compensation: Attractive package, depending on relevant industry experience and overall suitability.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Retail showroom shift timings as per business requirements.

Location Preference: Candidates from UlhasNagar and nearby area .
