Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges, and other applicable details to customers.
- Handle counter sales and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales counter remains organized.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Coordinate with the billing and other showroom teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer-related records as required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Follow all showroom policies, security procedures,



and jewellery handling guidelines.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products and showroom sales.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing and sales processes will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a jewellery showroom, particularly in counter sales or customer handling, will be preferred.

Job Location:- Hazratganj and Gomtinagar Lucknow

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
