Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage counter sales operations in a luxury jewelry showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

- Handle customer queries, provide product knowledge, and make recommendations to drive sales of gold, platinum, gems, and other luxury items.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and stock control to ensure effective store operations.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets by providing support during peak periods and offering solutions to customers' needs.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in counter sales or showroom sales in the gems & jewellery industry.

- Strong understanding of gold, platinum, gems, and other luxury products.

- Excellent customer handling skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
