Product Costing / Costing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Costing / Costing professional with 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for product costing, standard costing, NPD costing, profitability analysis, cost reduction, budgeting and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare product, standard and NPD cost sheets.
- Analyse material, labour, machine, overhead and conversion costs.
- Support RFQ costing, customer negotiations and price revisions.
- Conduct product/customer profitability and variance analysis.
- Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities.
- Prepare MIS, budgets and monthly cost reports.
- Coordinate with NPD, Engineering, Production, Purchase, Sales and Finance.
- Maintain costing records and support audits.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8–10 years relevant manufacturing costing experience.
- ICMAI qualification is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of product costing and cost accounting.
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as automotive, sheet metal, fabrication, railway or engineering preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP.
- Ability to understand BOM, engineering drawings and process routing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred: NPD costing, should-cost modelling, standard costing and cost reduction experience. Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
