We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, production costing, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain product cost sheets.
- Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor production costs and analyze cost variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Reconcile inventory and support stock verification.
- Analyze BOM (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing costs.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Finance departments.
- Maintain accurate costing records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Cost Accounting principles.
- Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
