Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, cost estimation, and budgeting for projects.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of project costs, expenses, and financial reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide expert advice on cost management strategies to clients and stakeholders.

- Prepare detailed BOQs for MEP works, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Telecom, Security, Fire Fighting, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-17 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) with a focus on hospital projects.

- Solid knowledge of Cost Estimation, Cost Management, QS, Rate Analysis, BoQ Preparation, and Quantity Estimation skills.

- Ability to prepare detailed estimates from drawings using various software tools like AutoCAD or similar platforms.
