Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for civil/construction industry professionals, focusing on soft skills development, technical skills enhancement, and process training.

- Develop high-quality training content, including modules, lesson plans, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.

- Conduct need analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address them.

- Manage the entire training lifecycle from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and interactive training experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.

- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
