Chase is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Trainer Intern to join our Learning & Development team in Indore.

What You'll Do:

- Assist in planning and delivering training sessions for new hires and employees.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, assessments, quizzes, and learning activities.
- Support classroom, virtual, and LMS-based learning programs.
- Coordinate with HR, trainers, and business stakeholders on training requirements.
- Maintain training records, feedback, attendance, and learner progress.




- Research modern learning methodologies and support training effectiveness initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word .
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, public speaking, training, or content creation is an added advantage.

? Internship & Full-Time Opportunity: This is a 3-month internship opportunity with a competitive stipend. Based on business requirements and your performance during the internship, you may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with American Chase.
