Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and socially driven CSR Executive to join our Corporate Social Responsibility team. This role is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about community engagement, social impact initiatives, and field coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supporting CSR activities through both office-based planning and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work in close coordination with the CSR Manager for planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR initiatives and field activities.
- Coordinate with schools, NGOs, communities, volunteers, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of programs.
- Conduct regular field visits, beneficiary interactions, surveys, and support on-ground activities.




- Coordinate logistics, resource management, and operational support for ongoing programs.
- Be flexible to travel for field visits, meetings, events, and project-related activities.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute proactively towards expansion of CSR projects and initiatives.
- Roles and responsibilities may evolve and vary over time depending upon organizational requirements and expansion of projects/programs.

Skills Required :

- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to travel for field activities
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and social commitment

Eligibility Criteria :

- Freshers can apply
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MSW (Master of Social Work) is mandatory

- Good communication skills in English and Punjabi
- Must have his own vehicle
- Comfortable with both office and field work
- Basic knowledge of CSR activities, NGOs, or community programs will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
