Job Responsibilities :

● Training & Facilitation: Delivers engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.

● Business Acumen: Understands insurance operations and aligns learning interventions with business outcomes.

● Analytical Thinking: Uses data and performance insights to identify capability gaps.

● Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

● Stakeholder Management: Builds strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.

● Instructional Design: Creates learner-centric content using up-to-date learning principles.

● Innovation: Leverages technology and AI to improve learning effectiveness.

● Execution Excellence: Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
