Role Description The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing corporate gifting opportunities, primarily with businesses in and around Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves prospecting recent clients, nurturing existing accounts, and presenting customized gifting solutions that align with clients’ branding and relationship-building goals. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams on order execution, and ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Specialist will maintain an active sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management. This role also includes staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong corporate sales skills, including experience in Corporate Sales and Sales within B2B environments.
- Demonstrated ability in Corporate Sales Management and Business Development to grow and retain key accounts.
- Effective Negotiation skills with the capacity to handle pricing discussions and contract terms.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong relationship-building and client service orientation.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Mumbai, managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or related fields is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office for managing leads, reports, and client communication.
