- Cross-team sync-up meetings: Participate in daily huddles with site sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smoother client handovers.
- Social media lead engagement: Nurture leads generated via Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn by engaging them directly through platform-integrated chats or CRM syncing tools.
- Inventory positioning strategy:



Understand the best-selling inventory and highlight urgency in conversations by presenting real-time unit availability insights.
- Cold database reactivation: Reconnect with past inquiries or inactive databases through structured re-engagement campaigns and time-limited offers.
