Providing corporate legal advice and ensuring statutory compliance.
Drafting and reviewing employee, client, vendor and third-party agreements/contracts.
Examining property documents and preparing documentation required for RERA and home loans.
Coordinating with clients, builders, banks and government authorities.
Managing the company’s routine legal documentation and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
