Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Corporate Gifting Associate to manage corporate gifting requirements end-to-end. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing creative gifting ideas, sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing, coordinating customization and production, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand corporate gifting requirements and suggest creative gifting options.
- Research and source reliable manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Build and maintain solid vendor relationships.
- Visit vendors/manufacturers to assess products, quality, capacity, and pricing.
- Negotiate quotations and commercial terms.
- Compare vendors based on cost, quality, customization, and timelines.
- Coordinate samples, branding, customization, and production.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Maintain costing, quotations, vendor details, and order records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution.




- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and close requirements within timelines.
- Travel for vendor meetings and market visits as required.

Candidate Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate gifting, procurement, sourcing, merchandising, buying, or vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of vendor sourcing, costing, and commercial negotiations.
- Creative approach towards corporate gifting solutions.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel for vendor/manufacturer meetings and market visits.
- Ability to take ownership and manage multiple requirements within timelines.

Pay: ₹12,504.40 - ₹40,000.00 per month
