Role Description The Corporate Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees the food and beverage operations across the company’s portfolio, ensuring brand consistency, quality standards, and profitability.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing F&B; strategies, designing menus in collaboration with culinary teams, and monitoring cost controls and revenue performance. The manager will work closely with hotel leadership to standardize operating procedures, enhance guest experiences, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves training and mentoring property-level F&B; teams, conducting performance reviews,



and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide multiple property-level F&B; teams.
- Expertise in food and beverage operations, including menu planning, quality assurance, cost control, and inventory management.
- Experience in developing and implementing F&B; strategies, brand standards, and service protocols across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance for F&B; outlets to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to hotel and restaurant operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills, with an ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property workplace, prioritize tasks, and manage projects from planning to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a corporate or multi-property F&B; management role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
