Job Responsibilities/Task to accomplish/Territory

- Deliver integrated change and corporate communications by developing strategies, tactics, and measurement across internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, C-suite)

- Support town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic announcements

- Partner with marketing and product teams to build awareness of recent products and campaigns

- Establish communication KPIs and dashboards and measure employee engagement and campaign effectiveness

- Coordinate PR and marketing programs with key internal stakeholders

- Maintain press release archive

- Work with strategic markets to develop media aligned with corporate goals

- Maintain and develop active press kits and media contact lists

- Develop PR plans

- Find and develop PR partners and agencies





- Work with SHE department to develop sustainability report

- Recommend ways to integrate ESG initiatives into regular communications

- Assist in customer sustainability questionnaires

- Develop thought leadership content.

- Coordinate LinkedIn communications.

- Monitor brand perception and external engagement

Qualifications (necessary For Any Candidate For This Position)

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

- Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications, or MBA with marketing focus

- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
