Aglo Bond Private Limited is an FMCG distribution company headquartered in Kolkata, backed by the Adhunik Group, and operating across West Bengal and Jharkhand. Built on the promise of “Ancestors’ Wisdom · Pure Living,” Aglo brings organic staples, premium dry fruits, and everyday essentials to market through the Aglo Organic and Aplus ranges — and represents the brand at national trade platforms such as the Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav.

We are looking for a polished, articulate Corporate Communication Executive to serve as the confident face and voice of Aglo across client meetings, distributor and partner engagements, trade exhibitions, and stakeholder correspondence. This role demands someone equally comfortable drafting a formal partnership proposal and presenting Aglo’s story, unprompted and with poise, to a room of prospective clients.

- Client & Partner Relationship Management — represent Aglo in meetings with distributors, retail partners, brand collaborators, and institutional buyers; build and sustain polished, skilled relationships across a diverse client base.
- Corporate Communications — draft and manage official correspondence, presentations, and partnership pitch decks,



ensuring every touchpoint reflects Aglo’s brand voice and tone consistently.
- Event & Exhibition Representation — represent Aglo at trade fairs and industry events (including the Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav), confidently engaging visitors, prospective partners, and media on the stall floor.
- Stakeholder Liaison — coordinate communication between internal teams (sales, brand, operations) and external stakeholders such as suppliers, partners, distributors, and media contacts.
- Presentations & Public Speaking — deliver confident verbal presentations of Aglo’s brand story, product ranges, and partnership models to audiences ranging from MSME vendors to institutional buyers.
- Documentation — maintain minutes of meetings, client communication logs, and follow-up trackers; prepare client proposals and formal follow-up correspondence.
- Brand Ambassadorship — uphold and project Aglo’s professional image in every interaction, reflecting the brand’s premium, trustworthy positioning at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
