- 10+ years of experience in Banking IT, with strong experience in Finacle Core Banking.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect on Finacle implementations or transformation programs.

- Strong knowledge of Finacle modules, architecture, customization, APIs, interfaces, and integration.

- Experience integrating Finacle with payments, digital banking, lending, cards, AML/KYC, CRM, and external systems.

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, middleware, databases, and enterprise integration.

- Experience working with banking stakeholders, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.

- Solid communication, solutioning, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in large-scale bank transformation / Finacle upgrade or migration programs.

- Exposure to cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and modern API architecture.

- Experience working with international banks and regulatory environments.
