At Theories Consulting , we’re looking for a Copywriter with 1–2 years of experience who understands content beyond just “write a caption for this.”

We want someone who knows how to make people stop, read, feel, click, save, share — or at least not scroll past.

We don’t like ideas that only look good in presentations.

And yes, your ideas are expected to leave the Google Doc. ?

? What you’ll be doing

- Writing scroll-stopping social media copy
- Creating hooks, captions, scripts & campaign concepts
- Building brand narratives and storytelling ideas




- Writing copy for reels, carousels, statics & digital campaigns
- Understanding trends without blindly jumping onto every trend
- Switching between witty, emotional, premium and informative tones
- Collaborating with designers, strategists & video teams
- Turning “client wants something creative” into something actually creative

? You’ll fit right in if
- You naturally think in hooks
- Your Notes app has more random ideas than actual notes
- You understand Instagram, LinkedIn & internet culture
- You can make complicated things sound easy
- You know one tone of voice does NOT work for every brand
- You can take feedback, rewrite and come back stronger
- You know the difference between content and good content

? Bonus points if You can spot a bad AI-generated caption from 3 kilometres away.

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary Package: ₹3–3.5 LPA
