Job Vacancy – Cook / Chef

Location: Vadakkencherry, Palakkad

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Preferred Location: Candidates from Palakkad and Thrissur

Educational Qualification

- Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or above.
- Diploma/qualification in Hotel Management or skilled cookery will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Cook/Chef in a reputed hotel, restaurant, institution, or organisation is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in institutional or large-scale kitchen operations will be given preference.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge and practical experience in preparing a variety of dishes, including:
- South Indian cuisine
- North Indian cuisine
- Chinese cuisine
- Other multi-cuisine preparations
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.




- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Good behaviour, discipline, and ability to work well with others.
- Willingness to work in morning and evening shifts as required.
- Willingness to work at different units/locations of the organisation based on operational requirements.

Preference Candidates residing in Palakkad and Thrissur districts will be preferred.
