Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage contracts from tender stage to project completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.

- Coordinate with subcontractors for sub-contractor billing and ensure accurate payment processing.

- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise building construction projects.

- Finalize contracts with clients by negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing agreements.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (construction industry).

- Robust understanding of contract finalization, contracting processes, and subcontractor billing procedures.

- Proficiency in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise building construction projects.
