Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract administration, execution, and closure for railway infrastructure projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts, agreement clauses, and variation orders.
- Handle contractual correspondence, claims, dispute resolutions, and arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with project directors, legal teams, contractors, and client representatives to mitigate risks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in contract handling within the civil infrastructure sector.
