- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Support the CDP and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Complete mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared before service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
- Assist during busy service periods and ensure timely order execution.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain proper coordination with the kitchen team.
Pay: ₹10,210.48 - ₹24,908.49 per month
