About Us

If you’re looking for an internship where you’re taken seriously, this is it. You’ll be working exactly like an in-house, full-time content writer. You won’t get leftover or easy projects; you’ll be in the trenches with us. Of course, we provide training :)

We’re not looking for someone who just “fills a role.” We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, learn fast, and actually improve with feedback over time.

We’ve learned the hard way that comfort zones don’t build careers, so we try to build an environment where people level up quickly.

We keep things light with coffee, banter, and the occasional bad joke, but when it comes to deadlines and quality, we don’t compromise.

You should apply if

- You want to learn how to sell with writing.
- You’re comfortable taking responsibility for your tasks and outcomes.
- You’re open to feedback and don’t take revisions personally.
- You like a small, close-knit team where your work actually matters.
- You’re okay with a mix of fun + serious accountability

Please do NOT apply if

- You’re looking for a typical 9-5 corporate setup with fixed processes.




- You skim through JDs without reading them (yes, we’ll know).
- You’re not 100% confident in your grammar, vocabulary, or ability to adapt your writing style.
- You avoid ownership or prefer to “just do your part” without accountability.

Non-Negotiables

- Strong English (grammar, clarity, vocabulary – the whole package)
- Ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Willingness to revise work based on feedback without feeling hurt or taking it personally.

Disclaimer

- 1-week training-only period.
- Transparent understanding of how we work, what we expect, and how to deliver.
- Real work exposure early on, not just theory or shadow tasks.
- Continuous feedback (a lot of it), especially in the beginning.

This is not a “comfortable” role. It’s a fast-paced environment where work gets reviewed critically and often requires iterations. If you’re looking for something extremely smooth and predictable, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re looking to actually grow fast, it might be.
