About the Role

We are looking for a Content Writer & UGC Coordinator to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media content, UGC, short-form videos and digital marketing.

You will work closely with the founder, clients, UGC creators and internal teams to manage content and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Write content, captions, hooks, scripts and UGC briefs for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with UGC creators on briefs, submissions, feedback and revisions.
- Assist with client communication, follow-ups and campaign coordination.
- Track content deliverables, timelines and approvals.
- Conduct social media, competitor and content trend research.
- Organize content assets and maintain creator/client databases and campaign trackers.
- Support client onboarding, reporting and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements 1+ year of experience in content writing, social media, UGC, influencer marketing or digital marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.




- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and creators.

Added Advantage Candidates who are comfortable both in front of and behind the camera will have an added advantage.

Experience with creating/shooting Reels, UGC videos, scripting or appearing on camera is a plus.
