Timing: 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, engaging and informative written content for the company’s website, social media platforms, blogs, brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
- Write engaging captions, social media posts, ad copies, promotional content and business communication.
- Develop website content, landing page content, service descriptions and company profile content.
- Research topics related to International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Import & Export, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs and Supply Chain and convert them into easy-to-understand content.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs and articles based on relevant keywords and search intent.
- Develop creative headlines, hooks, taglines and copy for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the monthly content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, tone, readability and accuracy.
- Adapt content according to different platforms and target audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand business requirements and create relevant content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and relevant logistics topics.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging and communication across all content.
- Repurpose existing content into blogs, social media posts, articles,



emailers and other marketing formats.
- Use AI tools and other content-writing tools responsibly to improve research, ideas and productivity while maintaining originality and quality.

Required Skills
- Robust content writing, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to write clear, engaging and professional content.
- Good understanding of SEO content writing, keywords and search intent.
- Experience writing for websites, blogs and social media platforms.
- Ability to create engaging headlines, captions, hooks and marketing copies.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI writing and research tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand technical/business information and convert it into simple, reader-friendly content.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in Logistics, International Courier, Freight Forwarding, Import-Export, Shipping or Supply Chain content will be preferred.
- Candidates who have previously handled B2B content writing or corporate content will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio of written work such as blogs, articles, website content, social media copies or marketing content.
