Job Purpose To support Cozmos growing social media and content requirements across its brands and divisions by assisting with content planning, creation, on-ground coverage and community engagement, while strengthening in-house content capabilities.

Key Tasks

- Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar.
- Draft engaging captions and social media copy aligned with brand tone and platform requirements.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva and other accessible content creation tools.
- Capture on-ground photo and video content at events, activations and travel-related activities.
- Research social media trends, formats, sounds, topics and content opportunities relevant to Cozmos brands.
- Support content adaptation for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
- Assist with community engagement, including monitoring comments, messages and relevant interactions.




- Coordinate with the wider marketing/content team to support timely delivery of routine content requirements.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative, curious and comfortable experimenting with content formats.
- Valuable awareness of social media trends and digital culture.
- Comfortable being on-ground at events and travel-related activations.
- Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic writing skills are an advantage.

Education Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; suitable for a fresh graduate or final-year student.
