Qualifications

- Responsible for creating engaging content for learning journeys for customer facing frontline teams

in the form of videos, reels/shorts, interactive/gamified content, presentations/Slides, Scorm content.

- Create evaluations as per learning models for content developed

- Create reckoners, product pitches, posters and bite sized content for easy consumption of field

teams.

- Create curriculums, storyboards, scripts for training programs depending on the requirements

- Understand Training needs and create custom content specific to zones/regions

- Work with vendors/internal teams for language translations

- Field visits for content research and understand usability and effectiveness of content

- Proactively work with Training leads and Training manager of all LOBs to define and resolve

training requirements

- Work directly with subject matter experts to capture subject specific knowledge

- Work with cross functional teams to create content specific to products, process





- Ensure final project is delivered with highest quality and within timelines

- Keep content updated real time

- Manage Learning Management System with data analysis skills

Here’s what we’re looking for

- We are looking between 1-2 yrs of experience in relevant field.

- Software skills - Hands on with content creation tools such as Canva, Storyline, G-Suite, Camtasia

- Additional skills - Hands on with Gen AI, Gemini, ChatGPT is an add-on

- Editing skills - Should be aware of streaming audio and video compression methods

- Communication skills - Excellent written & verbal communication skills, analytical skills, detail

oriented. Should be proficient in English and at least one regional language

- Key areas of work - Interest in Sales, technology, Customer support and vehicle servicing will be

an add-on

- Aware of current learning and performance improvement industry standards

- Team player with a keen eye for detail
