Company Description The Foundation for Health and Learning Empowerment (FHLE) is a nonprofit, apolitical, and nonsectarian organization dedicated to supporting India’s vision of a “Viksit Bharat” by 2047. FHLE delivers humanitarian assistance through health advocacy, accessible education, skill development, and vocational training programs. Role Description The Content Curator internship is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the intern will research, source, and organize relevant content from diverse platforms to support FHLE’s health, education, and empowerment initiatives. The intern will refine and adapt content for digital channels, reports, presentations, and training materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with FHLE’s mission and brand guidelines.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with program teams to understand content needs,
maintaining content repositories, drafting brief write-ups or summaries, and supporting content strategy for campaigns and knowledge-sharing activities. The intern may also assist in preparing materials for workshops, trainings, and Think Tank events.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills, including clear, concise, and audience-appropriate language.
- Candidates should possess Content Curation and Content Strategy skills to identify, organize, and plan impactful materials across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as preparing learning resources and supporting facilitation of educational content.
- Comfort with digital tools for document management, collaboration, and basic content formatting (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is beneficial.
- Interest in public health, education, social impact, or community development is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in social sciences, communications, public health, education, or related fields is preferred.
