We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon and our Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales on Amazon and Shopify.
- Handle product listings, pricing, offers, inventory, and merchandising.
- Optimize Amazon listings and manage basic Amazon Ads/PPC.
- Manage Shopify product uploads, collections, promotions, and website updates.
- Track and improve online sales, conversion rate, and profitability.
- Manage daily orders, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Track delayed shipments, RTOs, and delivery issues.
- Maintain records of returns, refunds, damages and replacements.
- Maintain and review the E-commerce P&L;, including sales, marketplace fees, shipping, advertising spend, returns, and margins.
- Monitor inventory and ensure fast-selling products remain in stock.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for sales, returns, advertising, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
