Role Description The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging content for digital channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating ideas, writing and designing posts or visuals, creating short-form and long-form content, and collaborating with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The role involves scheduling and publishing content, optimizing content for SEO and social media performance, and monitoring audience engagement to refine future materials.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, requiring close coordination with designers, strategists,



and account managers to deliver consistent and high-quality work.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic visual design for digital platforms.
- Understanding of social media marketing, SEO fundamentals, content marketing, and online audience behavior.
- Ability to research topics, interpret briefs, and translate business objectives into clear, engaging content.
- Competence with common digital tools such as social media schedulers, basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools), and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with regional languages is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented approach with robust editing and proofreading skills to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
