We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. This is an excellent chance for a fresher who wants to build a career in content creation, social media, digital marketing, photography, videography, and storytelling.

About the Role

As a Content Creator at Talenlio , you will be responsible for turning ideas, events, student stories, and placement activities into engaging digital content.

You will work closely with the marketing team and participate in on-ground placement drives, college events, student interactions, testimonials, and other Talenlio activities.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, identify interesting stories, shoot content, write captions, create social media assets, and edit videos.

Skilled experience is not mandatory. We value creativity, curiosity, execution, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate creative and engaging content ideas for Talenlio's digital platforms.
- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social media channels.
- Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, interviews, student testimonials, event videos, and promotional content.
- Cover placement drives, college events, training sessions, and other on-ground activities.




- Capture high-quality photographs and videos using smartphones or cameras.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and short-form content.
- Design basic social media creatives, thumbnails, posters, and other visual assets.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro , or similar platforms.
- Identify relevant social media trends and convert them into suitable content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with Talenlio's brand and campaigns.
- Take creative feedback positively and continuously improve content quality.
- Build and maintain a consistent flow of content across Talenlio's digital channels.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, social media, or a related field.
- Solid interest in content creation, digital storytelling, and social media.
- Basic understanding of video editing and design tools, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and engaging content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Comfortable approaching students, recruiters, or other individuals for interviews and testimonials.
- Willing to work from the Pimpri-Chinchwad office and actively participate in on-ground placement drives and events.
- Proactive, energetic, organized, and willing to experiment with new content formats.

Education

- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidates from Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Arts, Media, or related fields will be preferred. However, exceptional portfolios and strong practical skills will be given significant consideration regardless of academic background.

Portfolio

- A portfolio is highly encouraged and may include:
- Personal Instagram or YouTube content
- Reels or Shorts
- College projects
- Photography work
- Video editing samples
- Social media pages
- Self-created campaigns or digital content

For freshers, your work matters more than your years of experience.
