Role Description The Content Creator will be responsible for developing clear, engaging, and relevant content that supports Real Jobs Consulting Services’ brand, services, and client communication. In this full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, the Content Creator will produce content for websites, social media, blogs, marketing campaigns, and internal communication.

Daily tasks include researching industry trends, drafting and editing written materials, creating visual or multimedia content in collaboration with designers, and optimizing content for digital platforms. The role also involves maintaining a consistent tone of voice, updating existing content to reflect current offerings,



and coordinating with the HR and consulting teams to translate service information into accessible and appealing messaging.

The Content

Creator will track content performance and suggest improvements to enhance audience engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in web content writing, blog writing, and social media content creation.
- Ability to develop content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Proficiency in researching industry topics and translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to grammar, structure, and tone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content distribution, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with creating or coordinating visual and multimedia content (graphics, short videos, presentations) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
