Role Description This is a full time Content Creator role based in Bengaluru South, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging, brand-aligned content across digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website copy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, brainstorming and producing stories and posts that resonate with pet parents, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and feature launches. The role involves researching pet wellness topics,



translating complex information into clear, accessible content, and optimizing materials for reach and impact.

Creator will also analyze performance metrics, refine content strategies based on insights, and maintain a consistent, empathetic voice that reflects GuavaSure’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strength in content creation and writing, including web content writing, storytelling, and basic copywriting skills.
- Ability to plan and execute content strategies, manage content calendars, and align content with marketing and brand goals.
- Comfort with digital marketing fundamentals, social media platforms, and content distribution best practices.
- Strong research skills to understand pet wellness, insurance basics, and customer needs, and turn insights into clear, accurate content.
- Attention to detail for editing, proofreading, and maintaining consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
- Experience creating content for consumer-facing brands, especially in health, wellness, or pet care, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines reliably.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
