Position: Content Creator cum Video Editor

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a talented Content Creator cum Video Editor who can both perform on camera and edit their own (or team-shot) content into polished, engaging videos. This is a dual role, you'll be the face of our content as well as the person shaping it in post-production. You should be equally comfortable presenting to camera and sitting down to edit, add graphics, and finalize videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Present, host, and appear on camera for reels, shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos: trimming, transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound, and color correction.
- Develop and pitch creative concepts, scripts, and content ideas.
- Deliver content naturally and confidently across multiple takes and formats.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
- Assist with basic video shooting (self-shot content or with a small crew) when needed.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content style accordingly.
- Maintain consistency with brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects and organize video assets/project files.

Required Skills




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in both on-camera content creation and video editing.
- Strong presentation and communication skills: confident, expressive, camera-friendly.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of motion graphics, typography, color grading, and audio editing.
- Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and current trends.
- Good time management and attention to detail.

Good to Have
- Basic video shooting skills (framing, lighting, angles, gimbal/camera handling).
- Positive English-speaking skills/accent: a strong plus for hosting and voiceovers.
- Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, or advertising projects.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film, or related field.
