Role Description This remote internship role for a Content and Video Creator involves producing engaging multimedia content that explains Foundertruth’s platform, insights, and frameworks to startup audiences.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and scripting video content, capturing and editing video footage, and creating motion graphics to visualize complex ideas in accessible formats.

The intern will collaborate with the founding team to align content with product messaging, repurpose video clips for social media and educational resources,



and maintain a consistent visual style across all outputs.

The role also includes testing different content formats, collecting performance feedback, and iterating on concepts to improve clarity and viewer engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in video production and multimedia content creation, with the ability to plan, script, and execute video projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency in video editing and video post-production, including sound, color, and basic visual effects using common editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to design and implement motion graphics and visual elements that clearly communicate abstract or data-driven concepts.
- Interest in startups, technology, and AI, with the ability to quickly understand and translate complex ideas into clear, concise stories.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfort working remotely, and capacity to manage time and deadlines in a flexible startup environment.
- Previous experience creating content for digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, or webinars) is beneficial.
- Portfolio or samples of prior video and multimedia work demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
