Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
- Process insurance claims, answer questions about policies, and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an international voice process or similar environment.
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.
- Knowledge of insurance domain or ability to learn quickly.
