We are looking for a energetic, results-driven retail professional for Consumer Lighting division to join our team as a Senior Officer based in Kankavli, Maharashtra .

If you have a proven track record in retail sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the drive to lead floor operations, this role is for you !

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth through distributor and dealer networks.
- Develop and expand retail and distribution channels in the assigned territory.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to channel partners.
- Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor distributor performance and support market development activities.
- Manage collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.




- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Submit daily sales reports and market insights on time.
