We’re building a bench of experienced founders, operators, consultants, and industry experts who can mentor Mesa students on campus in Bengaluru.

Our students are building real ventures, solving live business problems, and making decisions with limited time, money, and information. The right mentor can help them avoid obvious mistakes, sharpen their thinking, and move weeks faster.

If you’ve built something from scratch, scaled a team or business, solved difficult problems in a specific function, or developed deep expertise in a particular industry, we’d love for you to share that experience with the next generation of builders.

Who we're looking for

- Builders, consultants, operators, and industry experts across any domain
- People with real-world experience and strong practical judgment
- Available to visit the Mesa campus in Bengaluru in person
- Willing to contribute a few hours every week through a recurring slot, or participate in at least one session during the term




- Open to being matched 1:1 with a student or venture team, as well as facilitating group sessions
- Curious, candid, generous with feedback, and excited to work with ambitious young builders

What you could help with

- Reviewing student ventures, ideas, and execution plans
- Helping teams diagnose problems and identify the right next steps
- Sharing practical frameworks, lessons, and mistakes from experience
- Conducting focused group sessions, workshops, or office hours
- Mentoring a student or venture team through recurring 1:1 conversations
- Opening up relevant networks, resources, or industry context where appropriate
