- Work with customers on the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint software and/or SaaS solutions.
- Communicate technical and functional aspects of solutions and implementations to clients and partners.
- Deliver technical training to enable and educate SailPoint customers and implementation partners.
- Build rules for customers and evaluate rules built by customers.
- Implement solutions for small to medium-sized projects under guidance of a Solution Architect.
- Gradually operate independently on projects of varying complexity, providing best practices and troubleshooting support.
