About the RoleMind & Brain Hospital, Bengaluru is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our clinical team on a full-time basis.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced psychiatrists who are interested in working in a professional mental healthcare environment and providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric and mental health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide medication management and monitor treatment response.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review patients' clinical progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and case reviews.
- Assess patients for psychiatric risks, including self-harm, suicide risk,



aggression, and other emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Provide appropriate referrals to other specialists or allied healthcare professionals when required.
- Follow hospital clinical protocols, ethical standards, and patient-safety practices.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Ensure continuity and quality of patient care throughout the assigned shift.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DPM in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council / NMC.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced psychiatrists are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Working Conditions
- Full time position only.
- 9 working hours per day.
- 6 days of working per week.
- Rotational shifts.
- No night shifts.
- Weekly off as per the hospital roster.
- Candidates should be willing to work according to the assigned rotational shift schedule.
