We build enterprise software for accounting, audit and compliance teams. Our products are used by large global organisations, where getting things wrong has real consequences. Most of our current work is AI — both new AI-native products and AI features inside our compliance and risk products that read documents, track regulatory changes and help people make decisions faster.

We are looking for a designer to work on these. You will be part of a small design team, working closely with product managers, engineers and the AI team.

What you do

- Design AI-driven product experiences, from early problem framing through to shipped screens
- Work out how AI output should reach a person, what they see, what they decide, and what stays automatic
- Design complex workflows for compliance, audit and risk users, including edge cases and error states
- Build prototypes to test ideas before engineering commits time




- Contribute to our design system and keep it consistent as the products grow • Work directly with engineers through build and QA, not just handover

What we are looking for

- 3+ years designing web products, ideally B2B or enterprise
- Comfortable with complexity. Our users are experts and they need detail, not fewer options
- Robust interaction and UI skills, and fluent in Figma
- Interest in AI as part of your own workflow, prototyping, exploration, whatever makes you faster
- Able to work through ambiguous problems without waiting for a finished brief
- Clear communicator who can explain why a design decision was made
- Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards or tables
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS, or AI coding tools
- Any exposure to finance, audit, compliance or other regulated domains.
