We are looking for a candidate with a strong utility domain background in playing a leadership role and an expert who understands industry-specific needs in order to provide business-driven consulting to prospects as well as existing customers, implementing CIS solutions for Electric or Gas Utilities. The Candidate will need to have experience in implementing CIS, Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B;) solutions in North American Utilities markets. Rich experience in the Utilities Industry with in-depth industry expertise including the industry/digital/technology trends.

Experience of 5-9 years in consulting and techno functional experience;

Experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred.

1. Roles and Responsibilities:

The typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Business Development for Oracle based solutions like Oracle CC&B;/ C2M/ MDM (Meter Data Management)
- Taking Go-to-market CC&B;/ C2M/ MDM solutions to various clients
- Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in Oracle CC&B;/ C2M/ MDM with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
- Should be able to run the functional workshops with business for CC&B;/ C2M/ MDM/ MTM requirements
- Should be able to conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the CC&B;/C2M/ MDM product
- Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements




- Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the CC&B; or MDM package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
- Should be able to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers
- Should have proficient understanding of the CIS systems and meter to cash functionality to effectively design the CC&B; functionalities.
- Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end to end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
- Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
- The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project

Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills:

- 5-15 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 10 years in implementing CIS solutions for Utilities.
- Should be conversant with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Familiarity with Oracle CC&B;, MDM Data Models, web services & BPEL services
- Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.;
- Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets
- Experience of leading development team,



working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science/IT, or other engineering/ related discipline

- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Ready to travel to client locations as needed

App Admin Skills – People with following skills can be considered for App admin roles:

- Experience in WebLogic Administration
- Basic knowledge on Oracle CC&B; and/or MDM or MWM applications running on OAUF Framework
- Knowledge on OUAF batch - Requires starting and stopping of thread pool workers
- Experience in Working on Linux OS
- Experience in Oracle 12c DB
- Assess and quickly respond to support incidents and events with analytical approach
