Role Overview

We are looking for Senior-level Solar Industry Professionals / Consultants who can take ownership of large-scale solar development and Solar Park projects with a total capacity of approximately 300 MW.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end technical and project guidance for large-scale Solar projects.
- Take responsibility for Solar Park project planning and development.
- Provide technical inputs for project feasibility, planning and execution.
- Guide the project team on Solar EPC and power development activities.
- Review technical designs, project plans, specifications and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Support project development, approvals, execution and commissioning.
- Identify and resolve technical and project-level challenges.




- Ensure projects are developed in accordance with technical, commercial and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on Solar project development and execution.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry.
- Strong experience with Solar EPC companies and/or Solar Developers.
- EPC project experience is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Power Development / Solar Power Projects.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of the Solar industry and project lifecycle.
- Experience in developing / managing Solar Park projects is highly preferred.
- Should have experience handling large-scale Solar projects.
- Strong technical and project-management capabilities.
- Should be capable of independently guiding senior management on Solar project development.
