Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiasƟc Doctor / Medical Officer to join our hair transplant and aestheƟc treatment team. The posiƟon is open to freshers as well as experienced doctors.

Freshers with the required medical qualificaƟon will receive complete hands-on training in hair transplant procedures,

paƟent consultaƟon, treatment protocols, and assisƟng in operaƟons. The candidate will be trained by experienced professionals to understand the complete hair transplant process from paƟent consultaƟon to post-treatment care.

Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment consultaƟons with paƟents.

 Understand paƟents' concerns and provide appropriate informaƟon regarding hair transplant and other available treatments.

 Explain treatment procedures, expected results, precauƟons, and post-treatment care to paƟents.

 Assist senior doctors during hair transplant procedures and operaƟons.

 Learn and follow proper hair transplant treatment protocols and clinical procedures.

 Assist with paƟent preparaƟon before procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure guidance.

 Monitor paƟents during and aŌer procedures and communicate any concerns to the senior doctor.

 Maintain proper paƟent records, treatment details, and follow-up informaƟon.

 Handle paƟents professionally and ensure a posiƟve paƟent experience.

 Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth execuƟon of treatments.

 Follow all applicable medical, hygiene, sterilizaƟon, safety, and clinic protocols

Please note - The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training covering:





o Fundamentals of hair transplant procedures o How hair transplant treatments are performed o Understanding the complete treatment process o PreparaƟon and management of paƟents before procedures o AssisƟng during hair transplant operaƟons o Understanding different stages of the procedure o Post-treatment paƟent care and follow-ups o PaƟent consultaƟon and communicaƟon o How to explain treatments and procedures to paƟents o Clinical protocols, hygiene, sterilizaƟon, and safety procedures o PracƟcal exposure under the guidance and supervision of experienced doctors The objecƟve is to develop the candidate's knowledge and pracƟcal understanding so they can confidently handle paƟent consultaƟons and assist in hair transplant procedures as per the clinic's protocols and applicable professional requirements.

Eligibility

 BHMS / MBBS / BMS / BDS (DenƟst) candidates can apply.

 Freshers are welcome.

 Candidates with previous experience in hair transplant procedures, aestheƟc medicine, dermatology, or related clinical treatments will be preferred for senior compensaƟon.

 Good communicaƟon and paƟent-handling skills.

 Professional, compassionate, and paƟent-friendly approach.

 Willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
